engauge-digitizer software package provides interactively extracts numbers from bitmap graphs or maps, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install engauge-digitizer
engauge-digitizer is installed in your system.
Make ensure the engauge-digitizer package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep engauge-digitizer *
You will get with engauge-digitizer package name, version, architecture and description in a table
